In-App Delivery Service at MKUH
Overview
As part of Costa Coffee’s strategy to boost revenue, I led the development of an in-app delivery service at Milton Keynes University Hospital, supporting their “Coffee to You” growth initiative.
My Responsibilites
Mapped the user flow to seamlessly integrate the new delivery option.
Designed and implemented the new feature to align with the existing app experience.
Built and tested an interactive prototype, leveraging usability and A/B testing to refine the solution.
Worked closely with developers to ensure smooth backend integration.

I led the development of a new delivery service, driving Costa Coffee's expansion into digital delivery and creating new revenue opportunities.
Design System Optimisation
Overview
At Wagamama, I focused on enhancing their design system, with a particular focus on the menu feature. The challenge was to ensure a more consistent and usable interface across platforms and devices.
My Responsibilities
Aligned meal card designs with the design system to fix inconsistencies and enhance accessibility across devices.
Refined UI elements like spacing, layout, and hierarchy to improve responsiveness and usability across platforms.
Collaborated with a design principal and a developer to review and ensure seamless implementation of design changes while maintaining consistency across the platform.
